Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of GoRAPT, RAPT, HostCopy, getrapt.app, hostcopy.gorapt.com, and related services operated by Belleville Systems.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms with Belleville Systems. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The services
RAPT provides short-term rental pricing, event intelligence, calendar, forecasting, and listing optimization tools. HostCopy provides listing and hospitality copy tools. The services provide decision support only. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and deciding how to price, market, and operate your properties.
Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for your account activity and credentials. Paid plans, if purchased, are billed according to the plan terms shown at checkout or in the subscription screen. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use the services to violate the rights of others.
User content and AI output
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Belleville Systems the rights needed to host, process, display, and use that content to provide and improve the services. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using it.
Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." Belleville Systems does not guarantee that recommendations, forecasts, event data, AI output, or projections will be accurate, complete, or profitable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belleville Systems, RAPT, HostCopy, and their operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
